I had a one way EZE-DFW-DCA itinerary in December. Ended up using miles+copay to upgrade the EZE-DFW leg from prem economy to business (economy for domestic leg). However, I only received BusinessExtra points for the DFW-DCA leg even though it was all one ticket number. I’ve already emailed in but curious if anyone has experienced this before.

Received the typical “we’ll look into it” e-mail but then heard nothing back. Sent in another email and they apologized for the delay and posted the points manually for the missing leg. Still no answer why it didn’t post automatically, but relatively painless process to rectify.
