Despite the vile World of Hyatt, I decided to return to the Hyatt Regency Phuket to relax and see how things have changed. I am now an Explorist and booked a Club room.

Conclusion:
The awful World of Hyatt combined with the Club Lounge food downgrade means I probably won't return again despite the generally good service rendered by the staff of the hotel.
