so i'm not quite sure what type of booking the poster made....the fact that he/she claims that the cash & points option is available on the same page as the book with points result & the fact that the poster also claims that he/she is not aware of any other cash & points option leads me to believe that the the booking was a traditional cash & points booking & should therefore have not been eligible for this promo....
