So you have a printout or any sort of account statement showing your legacy MR status as lifetime Plat? Anything that shows when you joined the MR program?

Also, when did you last look at your account? Did it continue to show lifetime Plat well after August 18th, 2019? Did it ever show as lifetime Titanium?

When did you last stay at a Marriott?
