Priceline is going big into private fares again and really amped up the ads about this product. I would not be surprised if some of their negotiated opaque fares show up in "normal" results.

However, more likely the fare will not book at the end if truly not valid. The 24 hr cancellation policy at Priceline for non opaque fares should be fine too.
