If you continue reading just a few posts down, you would find out OP has said the hotel refunded 20K pts for each room (not even the right amount per night) but charged him the outrageous no show fee of $1.113 each room.

It is really easy to find because this is in Post 5 on this thread, plus you can find it under OP's profile as he does not have very many posts, mostly on this thread - That is how I have found it - primarily I want to know if OP has made any progress, that is the far more important thing, than all the other comments.
