I (stupidly) applied an SNA to a reservation in one week, at a property that just went up in points...now the reservation is showing 100,000 points more and there is a warning banner that says they have the right to cancel the reservation because I don't have the required points, even though the original point amount was deducted months ago...should I just try to contact Marriott and hope I get a CSR who knows what they're doing?
