The smallest hotel room was at the Sanderson. I kept tripping on my suitcase.
Second the Chancery Court. I've stayed there many times (nasty business to attend to in Chancery Lane and Lincoln's Inn, so we are talking stressful by default), and every room I've had there is very big and spacious. Very comfortable overall. I usually alternate between the Chancery Court and the One Aldwych, and although the One Aldwych is a separate class of hotel, I'd give the nudge overall to the rooms at the Chancery Court in terms of layout and spaciousness.
