Depends on what type of cash&points the poster is talking about. True C&P (the type that now is rarely seen) doesn’t count for the promo. Cash+Points (i.e. in the same booking alternating nights that are fully paid with points with nights that are fully paid with cash) is eligible for the promo, but only the cash paid nights earn base points (and promo double points).
