To be fair, most Marriott properties aren't managed by Marriott. So, the email would be through the third-party management company, not Marriott. However, they may have a generic [email protected] address that forwards to their real email address.

You do realize you can schedule a ride in advance through Uber, right? It's not perfect, but it's better than nothing. Maybe of the property websites also list their preferred transportation provider.

Funny enough, Rick Steeves used to recommend contacting overseas hotels by fax because it was easier than calling what with the time difference and the language barrier.
