Boeing 737-800 (last minute change from a Boeing 757-200 International Configuration)
First Class, 4F (was changed from 1E on the 757)

No PDB was offered.
After takeoff meal orders were taken or confirmed and beverage orders were also taken.
Service was then started with warm nuts and beverages.
Lunch choices were cheese enchiladas or a Greek Mezze plate.
Dessert was cookies with a selection of snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, or sugar.
Cinnamon candies were handed out prior to landing.
