... or the property doesn't want to deal with the internal rules imposed by Marriott. My company does not issue email accounts to anyone below supervisor and blocks inbound messages with attachments. I can see Marriott doing the same type of restrictions. Heaven forbid staff can't be trusted/trained how to email safely and scan attachments before opening, or provide a secure sandbox to deal with external messages.
