I had the Zoe's charcuterie plate in first class from LAS to DFW earlier this month, and I was a big fan. The link has the picture, but it was essentially really nice cold cuts. Those hold up well on an airplane. The hummus was actually pretty darn tasty, and there was a lot of food. I am rotating this dish to the top of my food requests. You do have to pre-order it.
