Flying SFO-SYD, thought I might bump this thread. I take it Qantas still provides pajamas in business class for this flight? If they aren't at seat upon boarding, will they distribute upon request, or in any event with enough time to change before pushback?
The PJs come in 2 sizes so you won’t find them on the seat when you arrive. “Small/medium” and “medium/large”. If you specifically want small or large its best to ask early incase they run out of one particular size. I prefer to change after takeoff immediately after the seatbelt light goes out.
