Yes, the days in 8/65 are based on application, not approval.
Back in Jan, people hypothesized based on DPs that Citi had indeed added a 1/30 rule;
RobertHanson and others stated they were spacing 1/33 accordingly, and I did so as well. In a quick skim, I've not seen any later DPs to either confirm or refute, Have I missed something?
