I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the e-mail communications about the SNAs. It wasn't until 2 days after my stay that I received an email stating that they weren't able to confirm my SNA, and on top of that the e-mail stated that I'd only be receiving 1 SNA credited back to my account instead of the 2 that I tried to use..
Thankfully though everything credited back correctly despite their message.
