Do your OLCI two days before arrival. Chat will now be an option. Ask the hotel (via Chat) to change your loyalty number from XXXXXXXX to YYYYYYYY. I’ve done this multiple times while juggling two accounts, and have had no issues. Reconfirm at check-in. Points will post to your new number.
