I didn’t apply my SNAs at Moana Surfrider as I was booked into a tower room (city view) and the best SNA option offered was tower room with ocean view. I wrote to hotel and explained why I didn’t use my SNA and asked to be considered for suite upgrade. I was pre-upgraded to Banyan Suite about a week before arrival. ^
