This is exactly what I was wondering. As 180/ 600 is quite a bit terms of tier points to OWS vs 11K/80K for Finnair. Seems that for maintaining OWE for BA, it's almost 1/3 of required points where as for Finnair the same flight is only roughly 1/8 of required points.
