Let's start from the seat. Nearly all longhaul F airlines have seats that are not staggered/compacted to give a spacious cabin. I'll exclude the extreme ones like QR 388 / EY 388 or the new SQ suite with separate bed + seat. Even CA or LH has spacious F seat. The BA F seat still has an angle, reminds you of Cirrus and is often as dirty as SQ F. BA's selection of material and lighting is a plus and IMO superior to many other airlines tho.
Ground service - CX, TG and LH wins on lounges. CCR isn't too bad comparing to NH and JL, but it's not SQ Private Room or the Pier F. EK has a car service. TG gives a massage. LH sends you to the gate on a Porsche but you take your little train through T5. Not at the same level.
Food - this is what BA's worst - it is inconsistent. Departing PEK/HKG/PVG you get an Essex Chinese takeaway loaded onto F plate. Departing LHR you get proper full English. NH is able to bring up the standard of food when at outstation but BA seems unable to enforce its standard. And many other airlines can do it.
Staff - refer to the old MF vs WW debate. I have met wonderful F crew and has sent thank-yous in the past but there are also some indifferent type or incapable ones - let's not get personal and pretend everything is OK then.
Borderline - I love LPGS, I love LPGS, I love LPGS!
