Update: on the other hand booked a CCAR (Ford Focus) at HNL and my Carfirmation had an ICAR (Kia Soul) so just a one class upgrade. I didn’t ask for anything better at the counter as figured they’d given me the one class upgrade as they needed to so not much point.
