I didn't mean that I was certain both would use T4, sorry if I gave that impression. I had checked the poster's flight on EF for a few days and saw it arrived into T4. The JFK flights usually use T4 as well.

I'm not certain what the exact time required to be non-trivial, but in my experience, going from 1:20 to 0:37 would be seen as non-trivial by most agents. I would have said by any agent, but obviously the poster encountered one who didn't see it that way. But that agent also thought 0:37 violated MCT yet thought it was OK.
