A couple of months before I left he popped in, noticed that amongst the IAG airlines' aircraft models there wasn't a LEVEL one. He went upstairs and came back with one...

I used to take groups in there very often, and the volunteers in there stole a few of my powerpoint slides, so if you see any of those then you know who wrote them!
