Well, I've been to Belarus and shame on me - I've never even suspected there could be any issues with my card. Anyway, there were none. I even was able to use iPay attached y my PayPal account. Anyways, they seem to have Visas and MasterCards in use everywhere. I used the justarrived.by service to find out anything on arriving and staying. Don't know if they have anything on the cards' issue, as I said, I never thought about it. Must be all fine.
