From my point of view, neither. Both the Sheraton TPY and Shanghai Hilton are dated and in bad need of renovation. Fortunately, there are better Starwood alternatives: Westin and St. Regis (my personal favorite). Unfortunately, there are no other hotels in the Hilton family. Shanghai is in desperate need for a Conrad!
