If they request more info, send it in. Eventually they stop asking for it. Maybe because you dropped below a magic income number, maybe because they have given you 6 cards and are good with 7, maybe because you have red hair and red hair means income verification for cards 2-5 but not 6-9 but yes for 10-14. Just send it in and enjoy the miles.

If you have to call in, just call in every time. It's the most lucrative 6 minutes you'll spend this year. They. Do. Not. Care. There is no reason to not apply because you have to call in. If you got denied a bonus, it's because you worded it improperly. If the rep says they can't do it, that's an incompetent rep. Try again. Use the phrasing that so many in this thread have mentioned.
