The room rate for the Sheraton (stay 3 pay 2 promo) is about USD25 lower than the Hilton, but I will probably lose out on free breakfast and executive floor upgrade.

Despite being a little far, stay at The St. Regis.
Rooms are 48 sq mt, free internet access (in room/wireless) free Executive lounge access, butler service. I just came back from Shanghai where I stayed also at the Westin. The only good thing about it, is the location, 10 minutes walking from the Bund.
