If shouldn't be a problem. I think a lot of people who apply for the first 2 cards 8 days apart are applying for the 2nd before they even receive and activate the first.
And I applied for a card (and got 50k miles awarded) before I did the 2nd half of a previous 50+10 offer.
Basically, the offers are separate. As long as you get approved and the bonus is confirmed in your approval letter you will get the bonus, regardless of what happens with other cards.
