DP: Out of our last 6 cards, we’ve been denied a match 5 times on 4 cards (2 of them were on the same card). We got the “our records do not indicate you were solicited for this offer” response 3 times - 2 from SMs, and one from chat. The other two may or may not have been outright denials so much as the chat rep not being competent enough to actually put the request through correctly. I never got a letter of any kind. Whatever it was, the points didn’t post as expected.

All but 2 of the cards have now gotten their match. Those two supposedly will on the next closing date. We’ll see.

I’ve gotten one email confirmation of the match. All the others have been snail mail.
