Long story short tracking shows it's delivered. I called UPS and they CLAIMED that the package has never made to my door. There was some sort of confusions from their end. Called them again 2 days ago and they said the case is being "investigated". Amazon is asking for the police report because Amazon couldn't get a hold of UPS to make sure I told them the right thing. At this point, Amazon thinks that I'm "bluffing". Why the hell would I want to bluff when I just simply want to receive my stuff in peace? That's why I'm planning to call AMEX to involve in this issue. Purchase Protection, chargeback or whatever, I just want my money or my stuff delivered.
