I was previously on a roll getting monthly AA plats and complying with 2/65 but I took a break for several months and I'm back at it. My recollection on this is fuzzy, but... is 2/65 based on application date (regardless of a decline or not)? And, if I'm starting from 0 again and I applied 3/1, can I apply now or is there some mythical 1/30 policy?
