Just keep in mind that many or most international flights depart T5. The UA Polaris is in T1. I had to walk all the way from T1 to T3 and take the airside bus to catch my flight. You should be fine with ANA of course as they depart T1. (I'm guessing this is partly because UA/NH have a TPAC JV, but no matter....)
My departure time puts me at just getting breakfast in the lounge. Your dessert photo really makes me regret that.
