This is the sign of the times in IT everywhere unfortunately. When I was a software developer for large, internationals I would have had my nuts roasted on an open fire if I put software live that wasn't properly and thoroughly tested... and I could prove it with test plans, results etc. Nowadays it seems that, with rapid development, 80% OK seems acceptable with the rest being tested by the user/customer. Sad.
