Here is my 2 cents.

AFAICT - everything does not really matter. If you are caught by Chase for MS-ing, everything you have with Chase will be over.

While it is your decision to gamble with Chase, in that case, selecting Chase as your banking "partner" for legitimate use may not be a good idea. In other word, you can open whatever you want. Simply don't take it seriously.
