That villa is a Beach Villa, not a Garden Villa. I have stayed in 307 right next door in the past and loved it. Currently staying in an Sunset Overwater Villa and loving it too. The stay has been great.
A minor update, there is now an 8 table restaurant at the Whale Bar, very difficult to get a table so reserve early.
