My wife and I flew this plane last week, and there's really no way to comfortably chat with one another while you're both seated no matter what pair of seats you choose. So best thing is to just get the best possible seats for each of you. The straight forward facing seats are much better than the angled. They all have a much bigger side table, and the window ones have multiple windows, while the diagonal window ones have only a single window.
