I was just there for a one-night stay. Got a large suite (basic room plus connecting business room [table, bar, couch etc.]). Happened once before, also on a one-night stay. Many times no significant upgrade.

Depending on what functions are going on (like visiting teams to play Princeton sports teams), it can get slightly noisy. But, in general, I find the place excellent value for money. Breakfasts are okay -- not memorable, but I eat them, and at the omelet station they'll prretty much whip you up whatever you want to eat. The bar has a happy hour every night until 7pm.
