SFO-CTU not showing flights in regular search

Sorry about strange thread title. Can't think of anything better. Here is the problem: I received one of these cheap flights alerts pointing me to a very reasonable fare from SFO-CTU on UA leaving May 2 returning May 13 ( example itinerary ). Clicking through I get redirected to UA.com and flights show and are bookable. When I go directly to UA.com and look for the same itinerary the UA nonstop flight does not show up at all. Like UA does not have a nonstop flight SFO-CTU. Only connecting flights through ICN, PEK etc. which are more expensive than the $ 399.00 ( 44,310 yen ) r/t on UA. Am I doing something wrong? Or is that usual behavior of the .bomb when the fare is too cheap? The reason I wanted it to show up is that I was interested in seeing GPU availability. Interestingly enough in the row that shows fares for seven days the right amount shows up, but clicking on it does not make it show. ticking off the box that states "with stops" results in "no flights match....". ticking it again displays the "with stops" connections. Odd.
