For affordable and convenient accommodations in Ginza, I think I’d go with the Hyatt Centric over this, at least going by the room photos. Having stayed at the Centric once, I was pleasantly surprised, especially compared to domestic Centric properties which I’ve found to be abissmal.

Then again I can understand the novelty for those who haven’t gotten over MUJI yet in general.
