I think it starts on 25 (which is already taller than Peninsula, I believe) and goes up to 39. I've been staying on 37 and the view is looking down on everything in Kowloon. In fact, a clear top down view of the Peninsula Heli-pad Cool to watch the choppers come and go, sometimes.

The Manor Club has an outdoor terrace that gives incredible views at sunsets and no obstructions.
