I can really recommend MyDriver (https://www.mydriver.com) for airport pickup. Yes, it's significantly more expensive than Uber, but still cheap (30$ from the airport to the Sharq Village&Spa - Uber would have been 15$ or so), and the driver will wait for you with a sign.

My father was picked up by a Mercedes S class (or similar) from Fox Transport - despite booking the lowest category and the MyDriver app saying "Toyota Camry".
You could also ask Fox Transport for a direct quote. They were really friendly and the driver monitored the flight's arrival time. Would book with them again any time (and I have no affiliation with the company of course).
