You said Gate 2/3/4, are you referring to at the Arrival Hall, going out to the outside via either one of those gates to meet Uber driver? Twice I used Uber at DOH on arrival, both time I wasted lots of time to locate the driver (language difficulty on the part of the drivers; and internet connection dropping etc).

The current Uber App says pick up at Parking West or Parking East (I think it refers to Short Term Parking East or West).
