I'm honestly 99% of the time in the side of passengers, but if you purchased a ticket directly via LATAM's website or call center, you should have received an email with an attachment called CUV(name)(ticket number).pdf. If you open that attachment you will find the specific rules for your ticket.
I understand that your link includes information that might be misleading (and chances that LATAM changes their wording in there are close to zero), but the contract between you and the airline are regulated by the CUV for specifics and by the contract of carriage for the generalities.
