I really think people are making too much of having AVOD on domestic flights. It's a nice to have but by no means worth drama. And, outside of this board, I've never heard of anyone picking a domestic flight based on whether AVOD was available or not. Never.
Making too much? Worth drama? Why would you need “drama” for AVOD? It’s a service offering. Removing it is a huge minus as far as I’m concerned and one more sign of generally poor service and a generally poor customer service. Even where it’s offered, no one is required to use it.
