Yes, you have to walk from the domestic terminal to international, you can pick up a PA at the LH checkin desk & they will help you as much as the airport authorities permit on the day usually disabled/diplomatic line at security & after passport control they will take you to the SA F lounge.

+1. Very useful for the security line but PAs can’t help with the passport queue. They will wait for you after passport control if you’d like to be taken to the lounge, I usually decline as I know where the lounge is...
