T3 isn't on Ready to Fly, so none of the above apply. Instead they have a more basic system known as Positive Boarding. It doesn't offload passengers for example. I think PB's cut off is 40 minutes for the A380 gates,, at the entrance to Fast Track. There are no BA staff near there, they are all downstairs so if you fail PB it's game over. You really do need 40 minutes if it' is a A380 at T3, the gate is some distance.

If connecting from another flight it is different.
Thanks for the ever valuable response CWS - I am starting to think you actually have a PhD in Airline Operations! I would be starting from LHR, so sounds like 40 minutes is the minimum. Should be doable in this case, but only concern is getting passport/visa checks etc in time - was not entirely sure if this fell within the T-60 check in closure, or the (in this case) T-40 security clearance. Hadn't realised that there would be different rules for T3 and T5...
