I am interested in other Exec Club members experience of feedback through the BA web site (https://www.britishairways.com/email_filter/email/executive_club_executive_club.shtml). Initially I got some (delayed) response to my queries. Recently I have not had any response. I think that if BA offer this facility I should expect a reply (especially as a VIP Gold Exec Club member).
