It is just marketing from Finnair.
  • Light is HBO nonrefundable/inflexible.
  • Basic is nonrefundable/inflexible.
  • Value is semi-flexible.
  • Pro is fully flexible.
(Though long-haul, inflexible might actually be very slightly flexible - including from Asia, I suppose.)
