It does not have UC.
Depart the baggage claim from the AA area, head across the street to the parking garage (I think it is #2 ?). Take the elevator down 1 level. All the brands are down there. Hertz will be to the east once you exit the elevator. They have a desk for gold members and reservations pre-printed. No digital board that I know of / have seen.
I suggest instead of taking the elevator down to the rental level.... walk across to the garage from the terminal, stay on the ground floor of the parking area, but walk east until you see one of the downward pedestrian ramps inside the garage (maybe 50-75 yards walking from where you enter, to the east). It will spit you out on the rental car level but you get a quick peak of what they have parked there and you could ask for a change to another vehicle if you don't like your carfirmation. I did this an got upgraded to a Challenger RT.
