Well it is Economy class after all - which seat did you get & how big/tall are you?
Did you try asking for a bulkhead or EmEx row seat?
I've not tried the seat on a medium haul (6-8 hour) flight before, as I've only done the very short shuttle between SIN to KUL & HKG.
Personally, I didn't feel any different in the Regional vs. the regular A350.
